Canon EOS 5D

I had to take money from my deposit account, if not I should still be sparing coin after coin...
It's one among the few reflex digital cameras which have a 24x36 sensor, it allows to fully use my lenses, the 8mm makes round images, the 16 becomes again a fisheye, the 20 a super wide-angle...
Careful for dust, this model does not have a self-cleaning sensor.
Delivered July 1st (St Thierry!). I spent the afternoon (and the following days!) trying my Zenit lenses; deception: the Mir 1 2.8/37mm, the Mir 10 3.5/28mm and the Helios 44-2 can't be used, the mirror bumps on them! (not the problem with the Helios 44M). Otherwise excellent results, only the Telemar 22-A (but not the 22-2) gives a problem: a reflexion on an internal part causes an effect ("flare") giving unexploitable images.

I created this icon to point out a lens which could damage the camera body.

In fact I never use it!
