This camera body was sold "not working", without lens. I changed a curtain and adjusted the rangefinder. The lens is the one which was delivered with the Zorki 2S.

There are two main versions of this camera, the oldest has two screws on front, the most recent (this one) has four. On the old model, the rewind button turned during film advance, on this one it can be disengaged (lift the button to rewind). The film presser was made of glass, now it's in grooved metal (the film "slides" better). Finally, the shutter block of the old model was clearly the one of Zorki 4, but the film was veiled when changing lenses. The cast was changed, allowing the addition of a plate bearing additional baffles. While this camera is built around a shutter of Zorki 4 and uses opticals supplied by KMZ, it uses Kiev (Contax) cassettes for loading the film. The rangefinder is very original, using four prisms (one mobile). Window corresponds to a 35mm, with frames for 50, 85 and 135mm, and its entire image moves when you adjust the distance.
