Helios 40-2 1.5 / 85mm

Helios 40-2 1.5/85mm bought (new) for 790f on february 11th, 1984.

The beast! a little cumbersome (900g, filter diameter 67mm)
The manual says " 6 elements anastigmat lens". The shopkeeper only received a few items from time to time, I had to book for one several months in advance.
There is a tripod thread on a rotating collar (On first generation Helios 40 the thread had a fix position, like on Jupiter 6). Cannot fit (using M42x1 adapter) on some cameras, like Minolta: it bumps against the “Pentaprism nose” (where is marked “Minolta”). For Praktica “B”, I had to arrange an adapter ring to limit it's thickness.
