Jupiter 6 2.8/180mm bought on eBay on january 27th, 2007 for 120$ + 30$ sending fees.
I looked for this monster-lens since 1979, it seemed like the quest for the holy grail!Then came eBay.I'm not at all disappointed, the optical quality seems to be present. M39 screw mount, with an adapter ring for M42. Delivered with a macro supplementary lens allowing to shoot 4"x6" size objects. Otherwise more than 1 kilogram, filter-mount 77mm, like the 500 mirror-lens, which has the same size.

And here comes version 2!Differences with version 1: It is black, The mount is M42x1, with a larger base, the coating has a slightly different colour. The optical quality seems to be the same as for the aluminium model. Delivered with 3 filters (2 strength of yellow and orange) and it's case (artificial leather). I am disappointed: the tripod thread has a fixed place like for the other one, I hoped for one on a rotative collar, like for Helios 40-2.
