Not expensive (if you don't look at shipping costs!) But delivered without any accessory and no bag.
Second version of the Minolta 16, from 1960 (Chiyoda Kogaku became Minolta in 1962, this camera only marked as "Minolta" therefore was made after 1962) (Logo is the same as on the SRT 101) The shutter has the "B" and 5 speed between 1/30s and 1/500s. New lens (4 elements instead of 3) opening at 2.8. The focusing is set to 9 feet (2.75 m), the focus is not sharp to infinity at full aperture, You could get as an accessory a lens for distant photos. The viewfinder is an optical viewfinder (lens) while the 16 has a simple hole with a glass.
This is an interesting complement for the Minolta 16 II:
The "Attachment set" contains the lenses No. 0 (focusing to infinity at full aperture) No. 1 (focusing around 50" (1.30 m)) No. 2 (focusing around 30" (75cm)) and a Y48 (yellow) filter to improve contrast with black & white films. The color filter set contains filters: U.V., 81A to remove the blue haze on the pictures of snow or sea in bright sunshine, 80A (blue) for use of daylight film in tungsten lighting (and an explanatory leaflet).Everything seems new, out of a photo store old stock.
