Norma Fil-46 Flash, in Irina's parcel delivered on july 20th, 2010.

We are long accustomed to flash units using batteries. This one works on AC (220v) and is equipped with a long cord. Made in 1985 in Tallinn, the user's manual is bilingual Russian-Estonian.
