The image is misleading, it is not much bigger than a 50mm lens.

Nice example of the post-sovietic optical production. Made in Belarus in april 2007.Uses the "A" (T2) mounts. Provided with a Nikon and a Canon EOS ring. With a 135 (24x36mm) camera, gives circular images; with my digital EOS 400D camera, only the corners are cut. The multi-coating of the front lens has a curious difference of colour towards the sky than towards the ground; is it an error, or a will to compensate the influence of the skylight? The original package contains a black cloth bag, the user's manual (in English), the EOS adapter ring, but no filter: the notice says the are sold apart (I bought a set from rugift.com). Warn! there is a neutral-glass filter screwed at the body side, don't remove it, you should no more be able to do the focusing!
