Arrived with it's original case, cap and hood; the advantage of buying from a collector? (http://kajiwara.weebly.com)Until now my images of cameras were made with my 80-200 zoom at 100mm with an extension ring, this macro lens will advantageously replace this against nature assembly . The first tests are encouraging.
At maximum magnification 1:2
Mounted on the Spotmatic, with it's sunshade. Nice, isn't it?
One of the problems that appear when mounting an old optical on a digital SLR is the "flare" effect due to reflections between the sensor and the lens back. My test: the same object photographed on black and white background (using a reproduction stand) and consider the loss of saturation. With this lens, it's perfect!
