You lose in aesthetics, especially with the plastic coated canvas covering.

Evolution of the Zorki to add a flash sync. Between the Zorki 1 and Zorki S, there have been a Zorki 2. Zorki 2 is a Zorki 1 with the addition of a selftimer and a modified shutter speed selector. There will be after a 2S, identical to the S, with selftimer.
