It seems that the Kiev 88 is still produced, same for it's lenses, by "Arsenal" in Ukraine. After a quick visit on eBay, I found:

and there may be other ones!
The name "Arsat" is the new Ukrainian make, in place of the names from former USSR.
These times, I lack money, if not I could carry on this collection for a long time!
