My lenses for The Canon EOS 400D

These lenses cannot be used on the EOS 1000 or 5D.

Canon EF-S 18-55 f:3.5-5.6 bought with the EOS400D .

It doesn't have a good reputation. Effectively, it's not fantastic...

Canon EF-S 17-85mm 1:4-5.6 IS USM.

Christophe has bought an EF 24-70L f/2.8 USM and an EF 70-200L f/2.8 IS USM for using on his EOS 40D and 5D, so he doesn't use the 17-85 and let it to me. The images seem to me a little bit better than those of the 18-55.
