Asahi Pentax S1a, Super-Takumar 2.0/55mm

Last predecessors of the Spotmatic, the S2 and its simplified version, the S1a (without self-timer and limited to 1/500s). As with other "simplified" models, the 1/1000s is present but not indicated on the selector (this speed would not be accurately calibrated, hence lower manufacturing cost). I bought this camera broken, shutter curtain torn off; I tried a repair, which surprisingly works perfectly (see DIY pages).
The mechanism is different from that of the Spotmatic, but the body has an advantage: the facade can be removed by four screws without having to peel off the coating !

What attracted me was that this camera was surmounted by an accessory lightmeter, the Asahi Pentax Meter (2nd version).

This meter had taken a blow on the top, I unbent the top cover (there is a splinter in the plastic window), but I have not revised the mechanism (which seizes a little), and it does not work, may be oxidized contacts.
Note that this meter was dedicated to the S2, the 1/1000s is therefore present on the selector. Another special feature is an intermediate "X" position between 1/30s and 1/60s for the electronic flash sync, which according to the manual corresponds to 1/50s.
