December 20th, 2014. Thierry retrieved one of his jogging pants (torn), put down on it his plywood form and cut pants for me.

For sewing the 1936 Singer 15K88 was initially used because its wider feed dog may be better suited to fine jersey than those of 28K and 127K that are here.

But the work was completed here on the 522, because at Thierry's there is no heating.

The seam of the belt is made, marking the hem.

And here is the job done, I've put the pants over the shirt so you can see the top. It is done from an old pair of trousers, the holes are included!
Only remains for Thierry to make me a tee-shirt from one of his old blue ones, and he will be able to dress me the same as him!

What did I tell you!
For the transformation into a "mini-me" if you do not mind, we'll stop there, no question of double in volume and let a beard grow!

It was not done without damage: two pinions of the 522, already tired, have passed away. Fortunately, the new had been ordered in advance, but changing them and setting the "timing", it took the afternoon. Sewing with Thierry, when it starts, you don't known when it will end. This time, it's been at 2am, fitting the next day!
